The operator tries to ensure the highest possible availability of the platform, but takes over No guarantee for uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance work, technical disturbances or force majeure can lead to temporary failures.

4.2 Technical requirements

A modern web browser with activated JavaScript is required for use. Supported: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (current versions each).

5.1 Liability for calculations

The computers and calculations provided on this platform are used exclusively for: Information and orientation. All information is without guarantee.

Important notice:

• The computers use scientifically recognized formulas and current data (as at 2025)
• Some computers (e.g. gross net, cooking times) use simplified calculations or averages
• Individual circumstances (refunds, special regulations, etc.) cannot be taken into account
• Replace the results no professional advice (Control Consultant, Statiker, Elektriker, Doctor, etc.)

5.2 Limitation of liability

The operator shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions:

• Intent and gross negligence unlimited
• In the event of a slight negligence of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract
• In case of injury to life, body or health unlimited
• Unrestricted according to the regulations of the Product Liability Act

Incidentally, liability is excluded.

If the user does not object to the validity of the new Terms and Conditions within 4 weeks of notification, the amended Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to be accepted. The operator shall, in the notification of amendments, indicate the importance of this period.

8. Changes and hiring of services

The operator reserves the right to:

• to change, improve or set individual computers at any time
• Add new computers
• Setting the platform completely or partially

There is no claim to provide certain computers.

9. Salvation clause

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective or impracticable, this will not affect the effectiveness of the other provisions. The ineffective or impracticable determination shall be replaced by an effective one which comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective determination.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply without prejudice to the UN Sales Law.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or relating to this contractual relationship is, as far as legally permissible, Leipzig.

We are not prepared and not obliged to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration office.

12. Specific provisions for future API use

For the planned API use (probably from 2025) additional conditions apply:

• API access requires registration with valid API key
• Costable tariffs are subject to separate contractual conditions
• Rate licensing and fair use regulations apply
• Abusive use leads to immediate blocking
